Welcome to our Kunsthaus Apartments!

Our accommodations are inside a beautiful, historic building with high ceilings, yet
everything still feels like home. The apartments are right beside the “Kunsthaus” Vienna and
the “Hundertwasser” Museum. Furthermore, they all have a lovely view of the “Donaukanal”.
The original facade as well as the selection of antique furniture give the apartments a
nostalgic feeling.

Accommodation:
Every accommodation features a TV as well as free WIFI. There is an extendable couch in
every apartment, that allows 1-2 people to sleep there comfortably. There is also underfloor
heating everywhere. Most of the apartments are accessible by elevator.
All the kitchens are renovated and have a dishwasher, a microwave, a stove with an oven, a
fridge, cutlery, dishes, and kitchenware.

Environment:
All the accommodations are centrally located in the third district. The Hop-on/Hop-Off-Bus
with which you can visit sights has a stop in front of the building. It is only a two-minute walk
to reach tram line 1, from where it takes you five minutes to get to the popular “Ringstraße”
and the “Prater”. The stop of the City-Airport-Train (CAT) is also just 10 minutes away. The
The shopping mall “Landstraßer hauptstraße” is close to the apartments as well. Surrounding the
accommodations are supermarkets, restaurants, a bakery, a bank, and a post office.
